This is not really a study , this is a Video to celebrate the restart of a CX (Mystery Shopping Program) in one of the sectors suffered from Covid-19 : Restaurants. We want to give a good example that it is time to start going back and inspire other to follow.

To motive Restaurants to restart their research programmes.

How was the research conducted?

We prepared the research (prepared the mystery shopping questionnaire), now updated with Covida-19 standards.

What are the key findings of the research?

Yes, things changed, Covid-19 is there, but the (Restaurant) Show must go on.
